Cancellation Policy – Deben Private GP Services Ltd

At Deben Private GP Services Ltd, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that you may occasionally need to change or cancel your appointment. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.

  • If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% charge of the appointment fee will apply.
  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, will incur a 100% charge.

We always aim to be fair and considerate — if there are exceptional circumstances, we will use discretion.

Any applicable cancellation fees will be invoiced and emailed to you directly.
