Dr Henry Wilkinson

Dr Henry Wilkinson MB BS BSc DCH

I qualified from Charing Cross & Westminster medical school in 1990 after 5 years, and before that had gained a degree in Marine biology & Zoology from Bangor university in North Wales.

I did my GP training in Cirencester, and after qualifying as a GP came to Suffolk as a junior partner at East Bergholt for 8 years, before joining Needham Market surgery as a partner.

I was there for 16 years and retired 2 years ago, and have returned to the fold working as a salaried GP in Ipswich, and now Deben private GP services.

I am a pure generalist, but enjoy dermatology, and mental illness. I have an interest in complimentary medicine. I have 2 children one in teaching and one is an osteopath.

Dr Jessica Milton

I am a GP with a special interest in menopause and post reproductive women’s health. I am a British Menopause Society registered specialist. I hold the advanced certificate in the principles and practice of menopause care.

I am interested in helping women feel the best they can and steering them through what can be a difficult time in life.

I offer a 45 minute first consultation to explore your primary concerns, how we might be able to manage them and whether or not hormone replacement is an option you are interested in.

I offer 15 minute follow up consultations once your treatment is established. An annual HRT review is recommended by current NICE guidelines.

If I feel that blood tests are indicated as part of your investigations – these can be arranged for you at Deben Private GP.

I look forward to meeting with you, listening to your concerns, and formulating an action plan for your best future.
