Deben Private GP Services Ltd values its patients’ trust and recognises that the safety and lawful use of everyone’s personal data is key to retaining that trust and confidence. We need to collect, store and use personal data about past, current and prospective patients and staff to enable it to meet its requirements in the provision of healthcare services and for employment purposes.

We collect personal data such as name, gender, date of birth, address etc to enable us to provide safe and comprehensive care to all out patients and staff. We take data collection, storage and its usage extremely seriously and in doing so, we have extensive information protection systems in place, both protecting our IT and telephone systems.  

This Privacy Notice has been prepared to be as comprehensive as possible but is not and exhaustive list of every aspect of our collection and use of personal information.
