At Deben Private GP Services, we aim to provide you with clear and concise answers to common questions about our healthcare services. We understand the importance of accessible and personalised medical care so please explore our FAQs, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.

New Patients – FAQs

We are a pay as you go service. Please contact us to register and if possible, please ask your NHS Surgery to provide you with a Summary Patient Record to either bring in with you when you register or email in advance.

Your first appointment will include a comprehensive review of your medical history, a physical examination, and any necessary investigations. This allows us to develop a detailed understanding of your health and well-being.

Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and any health insurance information if applicable.

We strive to offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Please contact us as early as possible in the day to increase the likelihood of securing a same-day slot.
